ISO / IEC 17025 is an international standard specific to calibration and testing, and is the underlying support platform for G&H’s ISO 9001: 2015 certified quality system. Accreditation to this standard represents a recognition of G&H’s technical competency in the performance of Spectral Irradiance,  Total Spectral Radiant Flux, and Total Luminous Flux calibrations. Only laboratories that are able to demonstrate the ability to generate consistent, precise, and accurate test and calibration data achieve accreditation. Assessment of our laboratory was made by NVLAP through an examination of relevant factors such as:

  • Technical competency / training of lab staff
  • Measurement uncertainty
  • Appropriateness of test methodologies
  • Traceability of measurements and calibrations
  • Suitability, calibration, and maintenance of equipment
  • Environment
  • Material handling
  • Reporting
  • Record keeping
